In this role, the incumbent will:

  • Complete maintenance work on all equipment, building and grounds.
  • Perform repairs to equipment in breakdown situation (includes set up, repair, and clean up).

Pricing Analyst – New Albany, Ohio Headquarters

In this role, the incumbent will:

  • Responsible for all activities involved with sales contracts and customer price files, market research, accounts receivables, and margin analysis to maintain accuracy, keep current and assure alignment with customer records including: document, file, analyze, and provide updated pricing files in activities related to cost recovery.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports – product margin analysis, margin enhancement opportunities, AR (tooling/production) aging reports, sales goals, and plant performance.
  • Plan all actions and data acquisition activities to comply with price change opportunities that occur periodically throughout the year.

Human Resources Manager – Concord, North Carolina Facility

In this role, the incumbent will:

  • HR administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle activities such as: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance management; related safety and worker’s compensation activities, training, employee relations, compliance, as well as general support and reporting.

Sales Account Manager – Illinois or Iowa area

In this role, the incumbent will:

  • Have key account responsibility for CATERPILLAR and their Tier n suppliers. The role will include (but is not limited to) managing existing business, developing new growth opportunities, negotiating price adjustments, and establishing strategic account plans. Specific duties include:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively engaging with key customer contacts. Face to face visits, regular phone/telecon contact and customer portal usage is required.
    • Work closely with and guide Customer Service, Operations, Quoting resources, and Application Engineering to meet customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assistant Controller – Agua Prieta, Mexico Facility

In this role, the incumbent will:

  • Manage a team of individuals whose principal activities consist of the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements for both the Company’s US and Mexican legal entities.
  • Manage the Month End Close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation & justification of judgmental accruals and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
  • Assist in the completion and review of tax filings required for the Mexican legal entity reporting.

In this role, the incumbent will:

  • Own specified customer accounts as identified for the region/manufacturing location.
  • Single point of contact with customer purchasing organization and support contact with customer engineering team.
  • Prepare all quotations in response to new business inquiries and RFQ’s; research customer needs and provide new business proposals in support of customer-specified requests.
  • Respond to prospective customers, engineers and end users regarding quotes, orders, program launches, design, and any other inquiries; provide appropriate and timely follow-up, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
