TQPS is a a program that promotes lean manufacturing principles, creativity, employee involvement, and resourcefulness.
This unique program is based on the Toyota Production System which promotes the identification and elimination of waste in all its forms. The focus is value added activity or, in short, concentrating on saving time and money through process improvements. While cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, TQPS also works to improve employee morale and safety.
